We are a Hands-On Professional Resource to help Your Business Grow
Corinna Steeb and Frank Samson are the Directors and founders of Rubys CBS and they take a hands-on approach to help
their clients businesses to grow. Rubys CBS started in Adelaide in 2007 by combining Corinna’s business strategy and marketing
skills with Frank’s project management and technical skills.
Drawing on their wide network of professionals, Corinna and Frank can bring in additional skills and expertises to
address the pressing needs of clients. At Rubys CBS our emphasis is on implementation, whether it is a plan the client
already has or a plan that Rubys CBS is asked to develop with the clients input.
Prior establishing Rubys CBS, Corinna has held positions as CEO, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer in
manufacturing and primary industries as well as positions in research and education. Frank has held operations management
and project management positions in manufacturing, industrial, construction and the general engineering area.
Together, Corinna and Frank have over 30 years of management experience with start-ups, medium, as well as large
businesses and corporation.

Corinna Steeb
Director
Corinna has extensive business management experience
spanning R&D, training, manufacturing, primary
production, food processing, wine production,
construction, technology commercialisation,
health, medical and other areas. Corinna has a
PhD in Medical Science, she is
a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors and she is a Certified
Practising Manager. She has specific management experience with family businesses
from the owner operator small business to the
$200M, 200 people medium business. Corinna has a
well rounded and hands-on management expertise in general management, operations management, sales and marketing, strategic development,
retail, distribution, HR, quality, R&D and
product commercialisation.

Frank Samson
Director
Frank has over 18 years operational management and project management
experience in manufacturing, engineering and professional
services. Frank is a Member of
the Australian Institute of Project Management.
He holds a BSc Hon., a Diploma of Engineering and a Diploma of Project
Management. His operational and project management
experience includes original equipment, mechanical engineering,
automation control, process and product
development, engineering design, manufacturing
plant, plant installations, testing and
commissioning. Frank’s hands-on expertise includes
developing new ventures, team development, OHS,
quality, technical marketing, site management,
cost-down initiatives, new technologies and
R&D.
